Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. We offer a 14-day return window, giving you 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item simply needs to be in its original condition — unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please also keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, just email us at hellogripsock@gmail.com. Our team will guide you through the process. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our warehouse.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send the package back. A 35% restocking fee applies. Items sent back without first contacting us unfortunately can’t be accepted.

Damages or Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please let us know right away so we can make it right for you.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some items aren’t eligible for return, such as perishable goods (like food or plants), custom or personalized products, personal care items, and hazardous materials or flammable goods. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to ask — we’re here to help.

Sale items and gift cards are also not returnable.


Exchanges

If you’d like to swap an item, the quickest method is to complete a return for the original product. Once it’s accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.
